Autumn Evenings and Apple Pie

This weekend I came home from my study city. I live in the country or need to say countryside? So… I live in a small ohh… village, that's the word. Because I live there and we have a lot of apples this year Me and my mum decided to bake an apple pie.. mmm..
and I want to share recipe with you :) It's the simplest apple pie you can make just for warmer evening :)

You will need:

2 eggs
2 cups of self raising flour (or 2 cups of plain flour with 2 tsp of baking powder)
½ cup of sugar (it depends how sweet your apples are)
about 100g of butter
2 tsp of vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
Amount of apples depends on your taste

and cinnamon if you like it :)

First of all, you need to melt butter.

Then mix the eggs and sugar together. Whip until the texture is light and fluffy.

Sift the flour and the baking powder together. Then add half of flour to the mixture and mix well. Then add another half and mix again...

Don;t forget to add vanilla sugar or vanilla extract.. I didn't have an extract but vanilla sugar worked fine..

Then add peeled, cored and sliced apples to your batter and mix it with your hands :)

The texture of the batter should be like a sour cream :)
Me and my Mum love when there are a lot of apples in a pie, that's why we sliced and put so many of them :))
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in celsius. I also have chosen the cooking with fan function

and sprinkled cinnamon on top :)

That's the pie we cooked this weekend :) mmm... that was so delicious  :))
We had a nice and warm evening with cup of tea and big slice of Apple Pie :)

Hoping you too had a warm and delicious weekend  :))
